Kings Network ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI-powered content and affiliate platform at trendforge-6.polsia.app (the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep the prose readable and the commitments specific.

1. Information We Collect

To run the Service we collect three categories of information:

• Account information: your name and email address, plus a hashed password if you create a subscription account.
• Payment metadata: transaction identifiers and subscription status returned by our payment processors (currently Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• Usage information: session cookies, aggregate read counts on published articles, and an anonymous visitor identifier used by our analytics pixel (see Section 3).

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Deliver the AI-generated news feed and personalize your reading.
• Process and maintain your subscription, including renewals and cancellations.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abusive automation, and unauthorized account access.
• Respond to direct questions and support requests you send us via the contact form.
• Improve the Service through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use a single first-party session cookie (set by express-session) to keep you signed in while you browse. It expires after seven days of inactivity and contains a signed session ID — no personal data.

We also load a small analytics pixel from polsia.com on the landing page. The pixel assigns an anonymous, random visitor identifier stored in your browser's localStorage and reports aggregate visit counts back to our dashboard. No personally identifying data is sent, and you can clear it at any time via your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver the Service we rely on the following trusted providers. Each receives only the minimum data needed to perform its function:

• Stripe — processes card payments for $19.99/mo subscriptions.
• PayPal — processes PayPal-funded subscriptions.
• Polsia AI — generates AI news summaries from public RSS sources.
• Polsia Analytics — supplies the anonymous visit pixel described above.
• Neon — hosts our PostgreSQL database.
• Render — hosts the web application serving this site.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account record (users table) and any AI-generated content associated with it (news_articles table) for as long as your account is active. There is no self-service account-deletion flow today; to request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us via the contact form and we will action the request promptly.

6. Your Rights & Contact

You can always ask us to: (a) confirm what data we hold about you, (b) correct inaccurate data, or (c) delete your account. Reach us through the contact form — every submission is reviewed by a human.

7. Updates

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Minor clarifications and wording fixes happen in place without separate notice; the running version on this page is always the authoritative one.
